BME grad students Omar Banda and Andrea Lee have been selected as 2015 IGERT fellows. Banda is doing his PhD in John Slater’s lab studying biofunctional materials and cellular engineering. Lee is doing her PhD in Dawn Elliott’s lab investigating the mechanics of fiber-reinforced tissues.
